Terrible communication. I was very disappointed with the manner in which I was treated by the service advisor Alison. I called several times about additional service that my car required and she did not bother to return any of my calls. Additionally, I was spoken to in a very disrespectful manner by an admin rep when I inquired about why Alison was not returning my call. I was told that she sent a text message to me and that is considered communication. Unacceptable! Not everyone likes text message! More
