I had a hard choice of trading in one of my all time favorite BMW’s for a new one. Stephanie took the time to understand my dilemma and worked with me to get to a suitable solution. I have had a BMW for 15 years. Last week was the first time I had ever gone to BMW of North Haven. The entire process from making an appointment to leaving in my clean, just washed Last week was the first time I had ever gone to BMW of North Haven. The entire process from making an appointment to leaving in my clean, just washed and vacuumed car (they even washed my rubber floor mats!!) was easy and pleasant. I was very impressed when I arrived at the service center. I drove up to a very large (fits 6 cars) bright, clean garage with glass garage doors and I didn’t have to wait or even get out of my car because I was met by a courteous service man who opened the garage doors, directed me in, greeted me by name (remember this is the first time I had ever been here) and promptly checked my car in for a routine oil change. The waiting area was clean and bright as well and the wait time for the service to be completed was appropriate. I was also kept informed of the status of my car while I waited. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, helpful and pleasant to work with. I am wondering what took me so long to find them! Thank you for the job well done. I hope it is safe to assume that my future visits to BMW of North Haven will continue to be of this caliber. More
