I drove roughly two hours to this dealership for a used M2. There are a couple things that disappointed me about this transaction. First, the Business Manager was extremely rude/unprofessional when it came M2. There are a couple things that disappointed me about this transaction. First, the Business Manager was extremely rude/unprofessional when it came to financing. I came with my own approval from my local financial institution and he had approvals for me as well. What bothered me was the way in which he spoke to me. Essentially he said that my approval with my local financial institution was what it was because of my relationship with them, that they were willing to make exceptions for me. This was upsetting to hear because not only did I qualify with them but he brought approvals for me to review as well. In addition, I paid over MSRP for this used car. I got the car back to NY and it didn’t pass inspection as the tail light needed to be replaced. Not the bulb, the entire tail light. It’s been 30 days and my temp license plate has expired. I have not received a title, reg, or license plates for the vehicle. If they didn’t have this specific vehicle I would not have done business with them. More
