Ryan Aldrich was very easy to work with. I spent quite a bit of time looking at different model cars and Ryan was patient and did not pressure me in any way. Always some confusion with this dealership about what’s covered by warranty and what’s not. I have had this problem not just this time but on multiple occasions years ago as well. I thought they would have covered by warranty and what’s not. I have had this problem not just this time but on multiple occasions years ago as well. I thought they would have improved but it’s the same. The go to answer seems to be “that’s not covered by warranty” you talk to a few people multiple times and magically it’s covered. I have had far better experiences at other BMW dealerships. This warranty coverage non sense seems to be a unique problem with this dealership. More
