I don’t feel as though I get the best service when I do bring my car in. Left car for tires. They could not deliver my car to me when done. I took an Uber for $27 to bmw. This is my third BMW purchase from 3 different dealerships and I would rank NH as # 3. Level of service doesn’t match the clientele that’s purchasing this type of vehicle. My 2014 X5 is currently in for service. I have had my car in for service multiple times over the past several months, for a new problem each time. I am puzzled as to why these subsequent problems have not be in for service multiple times over the past several months, for a new problem each time. I am puzzled as to why these subsequent problems have not been detected while the car was in for service. I have certainly lost confidence in the BMW brand that I’m not sure can be repaired. I would like to think that those who are performing the service are capable. You have had my car for service for more time than I have driven it during these months. I’d like to feel confident that it will be fixed this time. Alison Connors has been great and the only bright spot in my BMW experience. More
I came in for an evaluation because the car had cranking issues. BMW charged me $200 for the diagnosis and couldn't find anything ( I even suggested it could be a fuel problem, and BMW even kept it overnigh issues. BMW charged me $200 for the diagnosis and couldn't find anything ( I even suggested it could be a fuel problem, and BMW even kept it overnight). I then sent the car to JP Motors in Woodbridge and they immediately (less than 2 hrs) found that the issue was fuel related, and pin-pointed it as it being the fuel pump by checking with a fuel pressure gauge. I went ahead and asked them to perform the job, and now the car has no cranking issues. They also diagnosed a second problem I also noticed, and to JP Motors it was evident: there is a slight misfiring in the engine due to a bad coil that BMW did not even see. BMW should be able to diagnose these types of problems on their own vehicles, and I cant justify bringing my cars here again for service. More
