Came in at 9:26a for my 9:30a appointment... I was told my oil change would take about 1.5hrs with a car wash and vacuum of the interior. Arrived on time both coming and going. Was patient while we jump started the car for a flat battery. Also checked the battery while changing the airbag and determined that it was a temporary problem, not n we jump started the car for a flat battery.
