She's very knowledgeable, very responsive and she's always amazing with us and could not be more generous or helpful. I have 100% confidence and trust in Teresa and the dealership and Teresa especially takes wonderful care of us from start to finish every time we need to bring our cars in. I've been going to this dealership since 2006 and could not recommend it more. More

My trusted BMW independent mechanic recommended visiting a dealership for my electrical issue, so I took it to BMW Gallery of Norwood since they did two recalls for me in Fall 2018. Kaiser Rivera was my Service Advisor and he was great. He actually listened to my concerns, and what steps I had already taken to identify the problem, and made recommendations about how to prioritize the diagnostic and potential repairs. Even better, he was honest about how long it would take and approximate costs. When necessary, I will return to BMW Gallery of Norwood for service and warranty work. Can’t speak to the sales staff. Strangely, I learned that this dealership is part of the Prime Automotve Group. Bought, and serviced for 6 years, a Honda Fit at Prime West Roxbury Honda. Their sale staff were not good, and the service advisors were hit or miss at best. More
