Jack O’Donovan at BMW of Sudbury was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. This was not the easiest transaction because I had a trade with significant negative equity and there were a lot of moving pieces, but Jack was patient, responsive, transparent, and worked incredibly hard to get the deal done.
What impressed me most was that Jack never made the process feel pressured or complicated. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, answered every question, worked with his team to find solutions, and ultimately helped put together a deal that allowed me to get back into a BMW X5, which is exactly what I wanted.
Even when some last minute issues came up with my trade, Jack stayed involved and helped work through everything rather than simply telling me it could not be done. That level of customer service is increasingly difficult to find at dealerships.
I have owned several BMWs over the years, and Jack is easily one of the best sales professionals I have dealt with. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with the outcome.
