Ordering a new car takes longer than I ever thought !! It took over 13 weeks to receive my new car. The car is GREAT ! Quite a few of the employees are relatively new at the BMW Gallery in Norwood. Eve It took over 13 weeks to receive my new car. The car is GREAT ! Quite a few of the employees are relatively new at the BMW Gallery in Norwood. Everyone, however was more than courteous and polite. Had a little trouble with finance in that they put down sale of car for like two weeks ahead. That caused trouble with insurance company and registering the car. BUT...........it was all solved in a couple of hours. Bottom line is that I LOVE my new BMW so much. Perfect for me. More

Honest dealership. I bought a used Audi Q5 in August for my mother from David Josephson and Tarek. I got a good deal and the buying process was simple. Shortly afterword I bought a used Audi Q5 in August for my mother from David Josephson and Tarek. I got a good deal and the buying process was simple. Shortly afterwords the car started having issues.... Never a good sign! I called up David and he immediatly sent a driver from Massachusets to New Hampshire (over 2 hours). They gave my Mother a loaner car and drove the Q5 back to Norwood, ordered parts from Germany and fixed everything. Then they brought it all the way back up to NH! The car was clean and in perfect working order, and with a full tank of gas. Since then the Q5 has been flawless. I figured David would tell me to bring it to a dealership and I'd have to go back and forth to get bmw gallery to pay for repairs. He was 100% hands on and made sure my mother and I didn't have to worry about anything. I've never had such good service from a used car dealership! I would recomend David Josephson and BMW Gallery to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. This dealership stands by their word. More
