I came in with my 2020 M2C on May 3rd 2023 for a routine maintenance service, I took the car in for service again last week due to a different concern ), but the BMW technician at a different location told maintenance service, I took the car in for service again last week due to a different concern ), but the BMW technician at a different location told me that the Lug nuts on the car were over torqued and some of them were stripped. Now the car has never been serviced anywhere else but at BMW and the last time It went for servicing was with you BMW Norwood. I suspect that when the technicians at BMW Norwood did the inspection and routine maintenance (etc) that they over torqued the lug nuts and had some of them stripped since I have not touched it nor has anyone else. Contact the service provider that i was dealing with and they did not want to take ownership of this. I am 90% certain that the lug nuts were over torqued and stripped at BMW Norwood as I wash the car regularly as this is a daily driver and brake dust collects on the wheels a lot and the lug nuts were not stripped prior to servicing. Service overall was not great and would not be coming here again. Would rather drive further to a more reputable dealership for service that to come to somewhere like BMW Norwood . More
