I've been a customer of BMW Gallery in Norwood for years, and I drive all the way from the Boston area. I am seriously questioning the integrity of the positive reviews written about Teresa Mullen. In late January I had a seriously inappropriate interaction with Teresa. At the time I told her I was going to reviews written about Teresa Mullen. In late January I had a seriously inappropriate interaction with Teresa. At the time I told her I was going to contact her Manager and the owner if necessary. After a "cooling off period", and a talk with another employee, I was under the impression Teresa was on her way out and that management was well aware of her sarcastic and hostile attitude. Considering this is not actually the case, I will be writing a very detailed letter about my experience. On a more positive note, the sales staff, technicians and all other employees I have dealt with in the last 10 years of being a loyal customer have been top notch. I will continue to be a customer, however I will avoid Teresa Mullen completely. More
