I bought my 2002 M3 (51,000 miles) at BMW of Norwood three weeks prior to my first service visit. I had noticed that the rear differential was leaking fluid so I brought it in for evaluation. The diagnosis was a leaking pinion seal that was in need of replacement. This repair was estimated to cost $850. I inquired to the sales team about them covering it since I had just bought the car. They simply stated "We will take care of it." No negotiating or games were played, despite the car not being covered by any warranty. I was and remain very impressed with my experience there and they have exceeded my expectations in every way to date. I intend to use BMW of Norwood for my service going forward, despite the fact that they are located about 25 miles further away than my nearest BMW dealer. Many thanks guys! More

From the knowledge about their cars to the white hot chocolate from the Keurig Machine, we were very sati from the minute we walked into ther doors. This is my second BMW purchase at this dealership. They have lots of choices and many models to look at. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel comfortable. No pressure. My husband and I worked with Craig and found a great car for us to purchase. He was very pleasant in dealing with us and was always available to answer our many questions. I am contrasting Craig's salemanship with a BMW sales person I am currently dealing with in a BMW dealership in Long Island (since BMW Gallery didn't have the specific car we were looking for) and it is a night and day experience. The salespeople in Long Island don't even compare to the high level of service that Craig and the financing person gave to us. Thanks for a great experience. More

Although I had a fairly clear idea of the BMW I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay, I'm happy to report that th through the internet. When visiting in person, my salesman was Harris Ali. Harris was a pleasure to work with, I felt he was interested in my finding the right BMW for me. The negotiation process that followed went extremely well, without pressure and notable for its flexibility and consideration of my point of view. I would heartily recommend BMW Gallery to anyone considering the purchase of this exciting brand. More

Admittedly, I was not super excited about going though the car buying process, and was skeptical about getting a BMW. The first few dealerships that we visited fell short of our expectations; and, we di the car buying process, and was skeptical about getting a BMW. The first few dealerships that we visited fell short of our expectations; and, we didn't feel that we were getting good value for our trade. However, my husband did some research on his own and met Tom Michalopoulos at the Norwood Gallery. Our experience there was far superior to what we'd previously encountered. The cars that we test drove were in good condition, were actually in our price range and they were willing to give us a fair amount for our trade in. Tom spent a tremendous of time with us to help find a car that we are BOTH comfortable and excited about. We are now first time BMW owners. More
