Overall, we had a good experience with BMW Norwood. However, we deducted 1 star because it took the workshop a week to work on a dent. It was really nice repairing work, but it would have been nicer However, we deducted 1 star because it took the workshop a week to work on a dent. It was really nice repairing work, but it would have been nicer if it’s a little quicker. While we were waiting for the car to be fixed, we got e-mails informing us about over $500 price drop. The staff helped us redo the deal, and gave us a discount for $250. It’s better than nothing, but that left an unfair feeling. Nice people. Easy to work with. Minor hiccups. More
Jayme from the front desk was extremly rude to my wife and I. I went to get my car serviced and would recieve a loaner car and because I told her that I prefered an SUV over a sedan to drive while my car and I. I went to get my car serviced and would recieve a loaner car and because I told her that I prefered an SUV over a sedan to drive while my car was being serviced she snatched the keys from my hand. She was extremly unprofessional. She does not know how to polietly speak to customers in a respectful way. I have purchase 3 vehicles at this dealership and have never been treated so poorly. I was not pleased at all. More
