I had my BMW towed to this location. It turned out the issue was a recalled starter that failed. They replaced the starter free of charge through the recall. Although the technician identified several other issues, my service technician deferred all of the recommendations without asking me and did not respond by phone or text when I reached out to select one of the recommended services. Customer service was terrible but I am granting 2 stars because they did fix the most important issue and got my car to turn on again. Avoid BMW of Norwood service department if at all possible.
