Thank you BMW of Norwood service department. In the past, I had used other service centers for my 2007 650i. What brought me back to BMW of Norwood was the trust I have with Teresa and Jenny and In the past, I had used other service centers for my 2007 650i. What brought me back to BMW of Norwood was the trust I have with Teresa and Jenny and the mechanics. My vehicle was properly diagnosed, and given a well recorded video from the mechanic showing the defects. Teresa and Jenny kept me well informed of the repairs and costs associated with it. This is my 2nd order through BMW Norwood. The first time I ordered and worked with them, I really enjoyed the experience and thought Pavlo Hoshovsky and Steve Martin were really great to wor The first time I ordered and worked with them, I really enjoyed the experience and thought Pavlo Hoshovsky and Steve Martin were really great to work with. What does that mean? First, they were extremely easy to work with. There was no pressure, they were always friendly and smiling (and I am not always easy to work with on car sales), and knowledgeable but also gave me space to think things through (again no pressure). But, I do far too much research on cars so I can be difficult. I really enjoyed the process with them! Well, fast forward one year and I am back, basically ordering the same car (I had traded their car in for an m550 because I got "greedy", which lead to 4 cars in a 12 month period - my fault never the cars). When I went to rectify that poor choice and order again, I knew I wanted to work with this team again but I had to be smart and look around. I did look at other dealerships and it was quickly clear that I would work with Steve and Pavlo again and I am so glad that I did. The order process was great! They once again, made it extremely easy throughout. Pavlo dealt with even more of my emails as I tracked the car through the build process, professionally and "easily". Steve and Pavlo were amazing to work with again and I can now say that I just don't need to look around at other dealerships. Like I said earlier, I have dealt with quite a few dealerships over my time, and especially the last 12 months and BMW Norwood and Steve and Pavlo have a client for life. I also worked with Paul Bonitto, who was also great as the BMW Genius. He knew that I knew BMWs and helped me where needed and he stepped away when also needed. Many BMW Genius team members feel like they need to show me all they know, when I probably know the car as well as they do. Paul didn't and that made the time with him even more productive than it could have been. One more thing. I have dealt with my fair share of Finance Managers. I can count on one hand, and hide a few fingers, the amount of times that the Finance experience was pleasant. It is usually more sales pressure on getting the extended warranty or the tire package or getting the car detailed. Heather Dumas brought none of that. She knew my history and did not pressure me into anything and we even had a good laugh (which we did most of the time with her actually) about my "problem" in trading cars constantly. She was efficient, it was probably the shortest length of time that I have ever spent with Finance. But, I wish it had been a bit longer, that's how great it was to work with her. The entire pick up process was under 2 hours, and for someone that has gotten a lot of cars, that is almost unheard of for me (I plan for 4). I cannot speak highly enough of the experience with Steve Martin, Pavlo Hoshovsky, Paul Bonitto, and Heather Dumas. Even though it is almost a 60 mile drive from home, BMW Norwood has made it so I no longer ever need to even consider looking at other dealerships when it comes time for the next one. Hopefully in a few years, though :-) More

I visited for service to get an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wipers. They did the rotation, then pushed balancing on me and a $956 repair to a wiring harness, but never provided the windshield wi and windshield wipers. I have ordered the wipers and now need to install myself. My rep was Hayt and I had him last year. I was not completely happy with his service last year pushing a new expensive tire on me saying he could not fix. I really like the dealership but I will ask for a different service rep the next time I visit. The rep who served me a few months back on my 335i was very good and if possible I hope to have him next visit. I fixed the chaffed harness with a piece of electrical tape. No less expensive options were offered and when I requested that they use some tape, my suggestion was ignored. Rate dealership very good, service rep only fair. More
