Ridiculously stupid wait time for a scheduled oil change. It took over three hours to get an oil change and a sticker. Probably would have been another two hours if I hadn't canceled the car wash. I even asked if something went wrong with their scheduling system, but she brushed it off like I was being difficult and needy and it was the group that controls their dealership service schedule.
