I spoke with the service rep and confirmed an oil change as well as an inspection sticker. He called me to say that my windshield needed to be replaced so it would not pass inspection. I picked up my car an as well as an inspection sticker. He called me to say that my windshield needed to be replaced so it would not pass inspection. I picked up my car and paid for service. My husband was disappointed that my tire pressure wasn’t checked. He was overheard saying this. That person went back inside and told the service rep unbeknownst to me. The rep called me to unnerve me asking me if something was wrong. This is so inappropriate and unprofessional. This was a misogynistic move that I have experienced before . We will not return for service. More
