We truly regret that you're feeling this way. It makes sense you would be upset about the dealership-branded keychain that you received at the time of purchase was missing/damaged. Something you have had for a long time certainly carries sentimental value. Even though we were able to provide a new keychain and a very similar keychain we can appreciate it's not the same.
