I went here for an undercarriage tech inspection as BMWCCA member. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Every one I met with was very accommodating, friendly and customer focused. A very pleasurable experience. I attended a BMWCCA Undercarrige Tech session with my 1973 BMW 2002 and was a bit nervous having a 5 customer focused. A very pleasurable experience. I attended a BMWCCA Undercarrige Tech session with my 1973 BMW 2002 and was a bit nervous having a 50 year old plus vehicle. However, the friendliness of all dealership personnel and their interest in my car was just fantastic and put me at ease. They also indicated that the owner had an agave (like mine, I think 1975) downstairs at the dealership that is to be restored. Thus much of their interest. It was a very enjoyable day with great people, both from the club and dealership! More
