Jayme from the front desk was extremly rude to my wife and I. I went to get my car serviced and would recieve a loaner car and because I told her that I prefered an SUV over a sedan to drive while my car and I. She was extremly unprofessional. She does not know how to polietly speak to customers in a respectful way. I have purchase 3 vehicles at this dealership and have never been treated so poorly. I was not pleased at all. More

The service was exceptional, and the facility was top-notch. However, I must admit that I'm not a fan of the newer BMW models - in my opinion, the classic cars are truly timeless. There's something to be said for the elegance and charm of older vehicles that seems to be lacking in their modern counterparts. More
