Hello, I would like to provide insight regarding my scheduled service appointment today. My service advisor was Anabelle who was absolutely awful from start to finish. She didn't greet me, instead call scheduled service appointment today. My service advisor was Anabelle who was absolutely awful from start to finish. She didn't greet me, instead called my cell and stated are you here? No greeting, and said come find me basically. When I sat down, with no greeting she asked what the issue was, when I told her my dash was blinking and info was over to to the left and not visible she didn't assure me they would check it. She said, are you sure, if it's not happening now, your warranty is until December, you can come back. I said, I drove an hour, can they look at it. I was astonished by her treatment from the very beginning. She then tells me the wait time is over two hours, doesn't provide a loaner, which is fine, but again asks me if I want to leave. Confused, I say no, i'll wait. An hour and a half later, I get a message from the tech, she never came over to me one single time. Instead I walk up to the desk, and she says yes, reply to the text. I say, I can't find the text, she doesn't provide assistance and I ask her to relay the information to the tech. Mind you, the entire time she is giving me dirty looks and not being pleasant in the least. Upone arrival, I'm told to see the cashier. No information was provided other than asking me to pay. Then I see, Anabelle and she smirks and apparently told co-workers, because i'm getting strange looks. Upon waiting, she gets off from her desk, and walks by me with a dirty look and a look of attempting intimidation. I was quite morified and disgusted by her behavior. How can someone work with the public and act this childish, is concerning. My car was not driven into the drop off area, I walked over to the driver and she told me she couldn't fit, rudely and I had to walk with my shopping bags to my vehicle. My car had no coverings on the head rest nor the rug. It was not vacuumed! I paid 815.00 for two new tires, and a vehicle check. No happy greetings or goodbyes just a drop off far away from where, I usually pick up my car, and into a dirty car afrer paying 815.00 for two tires. I'm disgusted, shocked and sad.
