Bought a preowned Hyundai for my daughter in January. Great experience, easy process. However after multiple emails and 90days later I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the inspection sticker. W Great experience, easy process. Dealership is great the service Department and its staff needs improvement. I received an email that my vehicle was due for service. Because we had a few issues to address and I needed a loaner I Had to c needs improvement. I received an email that my vehicle was due for service. Because we had a few issues to address and I needed a loaner I Had to call to schedule as the option was not available online. I had to call and leave a message on the phone number listed online 3 times and received no phone call back. Finally I contacted the phone number on the website. Someone answered and scheduled an appt for 4/4/22. I explained what needed to be done. We dropped the car off on Monday evening and I mentioned to the girl what needed to be done. She said Carlos will call you tomorrow on 4/5/22. I left my husbands number for the return call so he can confirm what needed to be addressed. Mid day on 4/5 I receive an email that the car was ready to be picked up. Without knowing if all issues were taken care of. I then place a call to Carlos and no response. At 5:55 I call back and explain the situation and was told priority service and a call back. It’s 4/6 at 12:53 and no phone call received. This survey was sent as we don’t even know if the entire issues were fixed Very poor service. I expect a resolution and at the minimum a phone call back. More
