Had a good sales experience but had a couple service items that needed to be addressed. Scheduled a service appointment and was told a needed part was ordered. Arrived at the scheduled appointment, d items that needed to be addressed. Scheduled a service appointment and was told a needed part was ordered. Arrived at the scheduled appointment, dropped off car and was told later that the part was not ordered, so the service call was a waste of time. The part is needed to pass inspection, and we've been driving without inspection for almost 3 weeks Was then assured the part was ordered and rescheduled the appointment. Even received a call confirming the part was in. But, when we arrived to drop off the car we were told the appointment was not scheduled and the receptionist gave me attitude that I was the one who messed up and couldn't assure it would get done that day. Total disregard for our time and extremely disrespectful, we're tempted to return the vehicle because service is important to us, and the first experience has not been good. More
Lack of Transparency. I bought a BMW 430i from BMW Gallery in April. While doing the final walkthrough, the service person broke a piece on my car. They told me they would immediately order the part, but it could take a whi doing the final walkthrough, the service person broke a piece on my car. They told me they would immediately order the part, but it could take a while because of COVID. I ended up totally forgetting about it. It is now September 17th. I find out the part was never ordered. I paid over $40k for a new car and they break a piece of the car on me and they never do anything to fix their mistakes. I have been trying for an hour to get answers from the, but every time I try to call they put me on hold because they need "to check with the parts department" and I get cut off. Every time I call back I have to go through the same issue again. Don't give these people your business. They don't give a crap about their customers. More
