I fully understand the age of my vehicle and that it may not reflect the newest models in terms of luxury or technology. However, when I brought my vehicle to the dealership where it was designed and sold, not reflect the newest models in terms of luxury or technology. However, when I brought my vehicle to the dealership where it was designed and sold, I expected it to be serviced with professionalism, care, and expertise regardless of its age. I have been to the Norwood BMW dealership three times in less than one week, and my original issue still has not been resolved. I initially came in for a diagnostic check and clearly explained the problem I was experiencing, including additional comments outlining exactly what I needed addressed. I followed the recommendations provided by BMW staff, approved the suggested repairs, and paid for them out of pocket after being reassured that the issue would be resolved. Despite this, my vehicle still does not blow hot air. When I returned again, I was told another diagnostic was needed and was then informed that there may be an issue with the radiator. This is extremely frustrating. If the radiator was contributing to the problem, it should have been identified during the initial diagnostic, especially given the symptoms I described from the start. At no point was the radiator mentioned in the first approval or repair plan, which raises serious concerns about the accuracy and thoroughness of the diagnostics performed. I trusted BMW’s expertise and followed all recommendations, yet I am now being asked to continue paying for additional diagnostics without resolution. I do not feel supported as a customer, nor do I feel my concerns were taken seriously. No discounts or accommodations were offered despite multiple visits and unresolved issues. This situation has been aggravating, disappointing, and unacceptable. I am seeking a fair and reasonable resolution to this matter and will continue to pursue one until it is addressed properly. More

I came in for my first service call, oil change and check up, and everything was done in a timely manner. During this visit I was asked questions regarding the car, as part of the checkup, to make sure th up, and everything was done in a timely manner. As I was waiting for the service to be done the waiting area was very comfortable, with refreshments, and even had a more secluded area, which gave me the opportunity to pull up my laptop and take care of a few work-related issues.
