I had an appointment for service on 8/24 for a software upgrade. I was given a loaner & was advised by Anabel that because I had a loaner it would take till the end of 8/24-8/25 before the work would be upgrade. Anabel left a voice message 8/25 indicating that my car was ready for pickup. She also stated that I could contact her with questions. I did call back & was apprised by the receptionist that she was busy but would have her call me. She never returned my call. After 3 hours I went to the dealership & was told my car was finished when I inquired if it was all set. Anabel was substituting for my regular advisor, Dan, who is awesome & I,'m not use to getting substandard service!! I would not recommend Prime BMW if Anabel is the advisor I'd need to see. Actually after my service that was reported finished wasn't!! I received another reminder on my screen that stated "ready for software upgrade". The exact service that was supposed to be performed 8/24. When I spoke with Dan I was informed that the upgrade was never completed since it was not listed on the diagnostics. I have an appt set up on 9/24 with Dan as my adviser. Dan is exemplary & always keeps me advised. If the work wasn't completed on 8/24 Dan would have informed me & I would carefully monitor my messages rather than checking it 1 week later. Anabel not did anyone else tell m the service wasn't completed for whatever reason. I always have excellent service with Dan and was expecting the same from Anabel. Anabel in my estimation doesn't even deserve the 1 star given!! More

The ease of making the service appointment was welcoming. Upon arrival greeting by the valet was great. Lorenzo and Cameron, Service advisors explained the Service interval and pricing up front. Everyone has been very kind from the gentlemen when you pull in the service entrance to the gentlemen that walk you upstairs to the advisors to the detailers, which my next appointment will be to get a detail..., and to the receptionist that takes your payments is just marvelous. I changed dealerships because of the kindness honesty and thoroughness of repairing my BMW X5 xdrive50i, just got her back and she is purring like the kitten she was made to be😉! Thanks to everyone!
