Great service area, I like the layout and it’s unique compared to most dealerships. Very clean and friendly staff. Though I will say, when getting my oil change done, you don’t need to trick a consumer i compared to most dealerships. Very clean and friendly staff. Though I will say, when getting my oil change done, you don’t need to trick a consumer into getting mileage interval services done like brake fluid exchanges etc. By saying if we don’t do it our service lights will stay on… a simple explanation of the benefits of these services is a much better approach then to pressure consumers into getting these services done. Some of us have backgrounds in the automotive industries and know how things work, you lose credibility when practicing this approach. Other than that, satisfied with the service and the friendliness of the staff, this dealer meets BMW dealer expectations. More

Their service charges are extremely inflated compared to what the BMW independant garages charge. They are also very slow to fix your car and they said they would wash the car after it was ready and the car what the BMW independant garages charge.
