In September of 2018, I leased a BMW x3. I can have 36K miles on the car. I currently have 26.5K with 5 months left on the lease. When I was at about 15K miles, I went to the dealership for an oil change miles on the car. I currently have 26.5K with 5 months left on the lease. When I was at about 15K miles, I went to the dealership for an oil change. The service advisor sent me a recommendation that I replace all 4 tires. I asked how it could be possible that I would need all new tires at 15k miles. He said "sometimes it is the way you drive." I said "what, like a woman?" I went back to the dealership at 26.5k miles to have the oil changed. When I was there, I was told that all 4 tires were bald and would need to be replaced. When I asked how that could be possible, I was told that 26K is the lifespan of the tires. I looked up the brand of the tires Cinturato P7 all season 245/50R19 Pirelli and it says the lifespan of the tire is 70,000!!! I also took the car to a mechanic who told me the tires are not bald. I feel that if you are going to lease a car with 36K as milage but you put tires with a lifespan of 26K on the car, you should have to let the customer know that they will be expected to replace all 4 tires prior to the return of the lease. More
Terrible experience from start to finish. Turned in leased car to buy a new X3, which was nearly 7,000 under mileage. They tried to charge me for service they said I missed (even though the car said it leased car to buy a new X3, which was nearly 7,000 under mileage. They tried to charge me for service they said I missed (even though the car said it was not due for service) plus complained about dog hair in trunk and then claimed there were scratches from dogs on back bumper that I could barely see. They also decided one of my tires looked a little worn and wanted me to pay for a new one. When I complained they threatened they could send the car to BMW and the charge could be much higher. Looks like a new way for BMW Norwood to pay for their renovations. Have purchased 6 BMWs from this dealership and never expected to be treated this way. Next purchase will be somewhere else. More

Pleasant to deal with. The internet sales team listened to what I wanted and worked hard to get it for me. They presented a fair price without having to haggle which was a pleasant surprise. My only issue is why did I have to deal with 6 people (not including emails I received from 2 other folks) to get the deal done? It would have been nice to streamline it to maybe 3 people. The salesperson (whom I didn’t actually meet), the tech genius, the finance person. We were an easy sale. Already knew what we wanted and paid cash. Very little paperwork. I know this sounds picky and probably could describe all car dealerships. Everyone was very nice and it really was nice doing business with them. More
