The experience at this dealership was the epitome of why people HATE buying cars. Negotiating with through a sales person who has NO AUTHORITY with a nefarious sales manager who WILL NOT SPEAK WITH ME PERSO people HATE buying cars. Phone calls never returned. They obviously didn't need my business and made me feel that I was doing them a favor by bring my business there. Go to TULLEY BMW for honest and personable customer service. More
So now this makes the second time after one week of “ diagnosis”, Repairs” $1800 later and again I have received my vehicle “the lemon” with obvious noise when vehicle is off and no key in when key fob i diagnosis”, Repairs” $1800 later and again I have received my vehicle “the lemon” with obvious noise when vehicle is off and no key in when key fob is unlocked or locked you hear a loud beeping noise never had this before-it last for about 2 minutes and keeps going on and off on its own! My vehicle was not put back together! I open my glove to put registration back and back piece out you can see all the way back into the hood I’m guessing! The car is shaking and idling very obviously loud and you can literally feel you body jerking and trembling. It sounds as if the engine is going to shut off! You mean to tell me they kept it over the weekend again delaying everything on my end to again give me back a car that is not fixed properly! Outrageous! I have yet to receive a call from general manager! Rodrigo Lembo now states that it is out of his control, wouldn’t even answer the phone to speak to me after all the praise and worthy I thought he was! But obviously this dealership and their moral obligation to the customers is all the same! From the leaders down to the workers! This is why that place is ran like this! Incompetent workers-managers-general manger-corporate! This would be the time in which is well over due-to honor my request! I’ve never seen/heard anyone treat their customers like this! Do not ever buy a vehicle from these people. Or repair there! They are only after putting a bandage over the real problem, altering documents and over pricing! All they do is play up the part of a Luxury brand! The worst! Take my word, please you don’t want the headache the financial disparities-or even the risk of your life- given a faulty car! The proof is all in the repairs history I need not say more! More
I want to thank Dee at BMW Norwood she’s awesome to work with. We visited the dealership multiple times with many questions never once were we pressured in any way to purchase a car. The first time we looked around and second time took a car for a ride still no pressure. I told Dee we were thinking between 2 cars but still wanted to look around again no pressure. I have never had an experience like this, it’s great. Normally I hate going to dealerships. We purchased a great car work with Dee and Alex. I can’t say enough about the amazing service! More
I’ll start off by saying I would like a return call from Todd Skelton! There aren’t enough characters in this forum for my complaint! Since the purchase of my vehicle I’ve had warranty issues that were not addressed despite me bringing in the veseveral times while in warranty. They let the warranty run out and then stated that can not duplicateafter paying loan for 1 and half years while my car parked in my driveway not working. After 3k of my own money to fix this lemon of a car still had problem. Alex archer awful general manager decided he would pay 1,500 of the work! Work which I had just fixed and didn’t need fixing. Smh! I pay 1800 to pick up “repaired” car! By the time I drive 20m to get home the same tensioner belt I’ve been screaming about pops! So now still out a car, still paying over350$ to bank! They won’t properly fix car, and won’t own up to their awful Machanic and honor a trade in! This situation has ruined my credit, my sanity, depression with a sick child I don’t have a car to bring to doctor visits! Rodrigo lembo manager is the only one who made things happen quicker for me! As Bmw can now see! It does not matter what anyone does this car I was sold is a lemon from day one! Machanic was just too incompetent in duplicating it just like they were incompetent in my recent repair that could have cost me my life if this belt popped on the highway! I need immediate attention! Lawyers already involved! I need the CEO to take ownership and action against all the incompetent ppl at his dealership! Thank you! More
Terrible service experience. Called to make an appointment for 4 tires and alignment. Told the scheduler that I had a price match quote. She said to bring it along. When I got there, Carlos told me he could not match the prices. Very unethical. If there was a question, the scheduler should have had me talk to Carlos before booking the appointment. They just figured I’d show up and they’d say no and I would have them do the work anyway. I walked out and will never return. I had leased four cars from them in the last 10 years. Never again. Go to another dealer, these people cannot be trusted. More
We purchased BMW 5 Series in beginning of June 2020 but didn't receive the vehicle until over a month later. When we purchased the vehicle, my dealer Adrian promised that they will take care of the registr didn't receive the vehicle until over a month later. When we purchased the vehicle, my dealer Adrian promised that they will take care of the registration and delivery on time and I don't have to worry about anything but everything keeps delayed because of Covid. If they weren't so sure about the timing then they shouldn't make the promise in the first place. After several calls to find out the delivery date so in the end they told me that they will reimburse my first month of payment. However, it's be almost 3 months and I still haven't receive any check in the mail box regarding to the reimbursement yet. I called the salesman Adrian and left the voicemail. Never call back until a week later just to let me know that he needs to talk to his manager first. 2 Weeks later since that call, he called me again and asking me if I receive the check yet and I said no so he asked me to email him the copy of the first payment. I emailed him and it's been 2 weeks I still haven't hear anything back. I'm so tired of calling them all the time and receive no straight answer. They're playing games with customers. All they do is getting you buy their car and as soon as you sign the paperwork, they don't care about you anymore because they already got their money. I don't know who has the control of the reimbursement they're talking about. I contacted BMW North America they told me I have to talk to BMW of Norwood and this whole thing makes me very upset and frustrated and not sure if I want to come back to this dealership in the future. More
