I am contrasting Craig's salemanship with a BMW sales person I am currently dealing with in a BMW dealership in Long Island (since BMW Gallery didn't have the specific car we were looking for) and it is a night and day experience. Admittedly, I was not super excited about going though the car buying process, and was skeptical about getting a BMW. However, my husband did some research on his own and met Tom Michalopoulos at the Norwood Gallery. Our experience there was far superior to what we'd previously encountered. The cars that we test drove were in good condition, were actually in our price range and they were willing to give us a fair amount for our trade in. Tom spent a tremendous of time with us to help find a car that we are BOTH comfortable and excited about. We are now first time BMW owners. More

I had considered looking at a BWM as my new car purchase. I had done my homework as to the model of car & $'s I was willing to spend. Never having driven a BMW I wanted to be sure that it was the type of v I had done my homework as to the model of car & $'s I was willing to spend. Never having driven a BMW I wanted to be sure that it was the type of vehicle I would be happy with. On arriving at the dealership, a salesman was not immediately available. After a minute or two, Harris came to my assistance. I explained my concerns regarding the "ride" considering that I was not accustomed to a performance vehicle. Harris could not have been more accommodating. We did a road test, highway, residential, side streets. Gave me great instruction & guidance regarding the car. Returning to the dealership, we went through the process of negotiation. Agreed on a number and sealed the deal. Could not have been easier. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30am & I was in the bay @ 1:15pm with plates on the car & getting instruction from Harris as to the operation of the vehicle. I was amazed that I could accomplish so much in so little time. Of course, I had some questions on the days following my purchase & Harris was always available to answer my inquiries. More

I appreciated the fact that BMW Gallery and Harris did not give me the "hard sales" routine. They treated me with respect and provided a fair price without going back and forth 20 times.
