She had it being detailed and tank filled up while on our way. They were fair with our trade, and helpful and patient as we worked through the details of our deal. I have purchased more vehicles than I can count in my life. I have had many good experiences, along with some very negative ones or many years. I worked with James Niedermayer on my acquisition of a new X3, and never had anywhere close to a good experience as I did with James and BMW of Ocala. From the moment I walked into the showroom until I left with my car about 3 1/2 hours later it was nothing but positive the entire time everybody I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help with any questions I asked. James did a fabulous job explaining everything to me and getting me on my way before a severe rainstorm came in. Thank you, BMW of Ocala for such a great experience. More

It was a pleasure working with Malcom Stewart, Kevin Carter, and Christina Gangapersaud, Ricky Rodriguez, and the rest of the BMW of Ocala team on our new car purchase. Malcom did an excellent as sales Carter, and Christina Gangapersaud, Ricky Rodriguez, and the rest of the BMW of Ocala team on our new car purchase. Malcom did an excellent as sales agent. He was very professional, polite and attentive to our needs throughout the process. Kevin checked many times to ensure we were well taken care of. Christina was very efficient with all the financial, warranty, and licensing and registration matters, and was quick to process a change we requested after the sale. Ricky did a great job explaining how all the automated systems worked and made settings tailored to our needs and preferences. Overall, the best car buying experience we've ever had. More
