I can’t say enough about our experience at Ocala BMW. My wife and I were 120 miles into our Sarasota to Baltimore drive on a Saturday around 1 pm when the coolant warning appeared. My wife contacted the nearest BMW dealership which happened to be Ocala. Cynthia Lebron was amazing and told us to bring the car in that afternoon. The problem was diagnosed as needing a new water pump. A time consuming job. The parts were ordered immediately and the work finished promptly. Cynthia even navigated the process with our outside extended warranty policy for us. Ocala BMW provided outstanding service to us in an extremely difficult circumstance. From the moment I walked into the showroom until I left with my car about 3 1/2 hours later it was nothing but positive the entire time everybody I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help with any questions I asked.
