When it comes to buying a car, finding a trustworthy dealership and exceptional sales staff is essential. We found that @ Ocala BMW and Tre Stevenson. I must say that our experience exceeded our expecta dealership and exceptional sales staff is essential. We found that @ Ocala BMW and Tre Stevenson. I must say that our experience exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked onto the lot and shook hands with Tre, it was very evident that they prioritize honesty and transparency! After walking onto the lot to browse SUV's, we noticed the car for us in the exact color we were looking for. A salesman walked towards us as we were looking at the vehicle. Being truthful, we both looked at each other and said, "he doesn't look old enough to be a salesman". LOL We were definitely wrong! Tre was absolutely amazing, and knowledgeable in every aspect and answered all of our questions! We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision with Tre. The test drive was just as amazing, and we fell in love with the car's performance and features! Tre made sure we understood every feature and left with no questions about the car's performance or features. We came to the dealership with a set amount we were going to spend, and Tre did everything he could to meet that. We left with a decision to make. We began to text back and forth with Tre with regards to a deal. In no time at all, we had a deal that worked for both of us! We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience @ BMW of Ocala, the staff and most of all, Tre Stevenson! I highly recommend BMW of Ocala and Tre to anyone in the market for a new and used BMW! Their honest and transparent approach sets them apart from other dealerships! I can’t say enough about our experience at Ocala BMW. My wife and I were 120 miles into our Sarasota to Baltimore drive on a Saturday around 1 pm when the coolant warning appeared. My wife contacted th My wife and I were 120 miles into our Sarasota to Baltimore drive on a Saturday around 1 pm when the coolant warning appeared. My wife contacted the nearest BMW dealership which happened to be Ocala. Cynthia Lebron was amazing and told us to bring the car in that afternoon. The problem was diagnosed as needing a new water pump. A time consuming job. The parts were ordered immediately and the work finished promptly. Cynthia even navigated the process with our outside extended warranty policy for us. Ocala BMW provided outstanding service to us in an extremely difficult circumstance. Top notch, welcoming customer service all around! More
