Michael Rossi was amazing in his former role of BMW Genius as I had repeated issues with the returned X3 which he dealt with at the Dealership, at my home & numerous telephonic consults.  Michael later Genius as I had repeated issues with the returned X3 which he dealt with at the Dealership, at my home & numerous telephonic consults.  Michael later moved to Sales Associate & he was a key component in my moving to a new X3 M50, and getting it set up & ensuring over the initial few weeks that all was working well and helping minor issues.  Michael was talented as a Genius & his knowledge there and pleasant, customer focused demeanor makes him extremely well suited to his new sales role.
