In fact one of the nicest, most honest, kindest and most wonderful human beings I have ever met. I am 69 years old. Been there done that...bought a lot of new cars. 24 years of US Army (Infantry experience) and I have seen a lot. So I can compare this buying experience to many many other dealerships. The manager (Frank) at Ocala BMW, set the tone for the excellent culture in the entire dealership. The Tech engineer (Alex) was amazing in his knowledge and willingness to help. The finance person (Christina) was more than awesome and honest and transparent.
