I just had the most amazing experience at the BMW Ocala location. I bought a used BMW that was still under warranty and brought it in for service. I am now sold as a lifetime customer on BMW vehicles because of Darian and Emanuel. These two gentlemen went out of their way to give me the best customer experience I have ever had anywhere. More
