I visited BMW of Orland Park after I saw a deal of theirs on CarGurus. It was late Tuesday night and I called ahead at about 7:30PM as I live only a few minutes away. I had spoken with Chris V over the phone, he had the car I was looking at ready to go in the front of the building when I arrived. Took it for a quick test drive but needed the evening to think about it. Showed up the next day, Chris V had the car ready for me. I did a more thorough inspection and we went right to his desk to get through the paperwork which we did in what seemed like record time. He was courteous the entire time, very helpful in explaining things that looked unusual to me but through explanation it all made sense in the end. I had the pleasure of working with Mike B in finance which was very quick and without the normal barrage of add-ons that try to get sold to you through the finance office. No games were played and everyone was professional about the transaction which not only made it quick but made it surprisingly pleasant. 5/5 would highly recommend working with them again. More

I came into the dealership given a "service engine soon" light in my car. I was frustrated given I'd been to the dealer and had a multipoint vehicle inspection performed late June came bk and had an oil ch light in my car. I was frustrated given I'd been to the dealer and had a multipoint vehicle inspection performed late June came bk and had an oil change in July & now the light was on- AGAIN! Frustrated, I explained all of this to a very patient Jordan, who listened and even was responsive to offering bag of chips while I waited (the small and simple things MATTER. THANK U JORDAN!) Turns out I hadn't fully tightened the gas cap on my car- triggering the service light. An easy fix!! I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, quiet and efficiency of the staff while I waited and Jordan reviewing any future needed service as recommended. Thank you. More
