Thank you for responding to my review so readily. It was an honor to give my review about Jason. I would like to further add, even though I was not a direct client of Colleen, she always since purchase of my 2019 540ix has been courteous, offered to take my equipment from my old car to the new one as if she has known me all of her life! She always greets my Yorkie when I bring her! In addition, I might add Steve in service is always polite, ask me if I need anything and has even brought me water. Car service was quick to get me in, however, do not bring any toddlers as this may take a while. The atmosphere is pretty laid back but professional. Love the video recorded by the mechanic, gets inside with close details.
