This service was complete disaster from the beginning till the end. You basically did absolutely nothing to repair my car. My 6 year child could do the same what you did and even better. The only thing what you did is that you checked the drains, that's it. As you so, my Alcantara roof was damaged from the lek, there was lek on doors, on sets on my child's head and clothes. I told you that this happened after the car wash, because the lek was white and sticky. You never did any deeper research what could be the reason of this. Also, you told me that you are gonna clean my car ( not talking about the Alcantara. ) and the only thing what you did is that you cleaned ( if I could say that ) my window. All that was done, it was smeared all over my window, not cleaned. The door and seat was dirty also. And you consider your self's BMW certified service! I am not asking you to do a full detailing on my vehicle. The video what you send me. What is is tis all about? You are telling me that lek is from the inside? Just walking around the car and talking some nonsense. Did you ever try to remove the headliner to look at it? Repair is not about how fast we can fix it. It is about how good we can do the job. Even when I brought the vehicle to you and when I was trying to explain what is wrong, you where talking with the other person and not listening what I was telling you (when we where beside the vehicle). So, after all this and not only this I could give you a 0 stars. I remember when I purchased I vehicle, BMW told me that this would be the best service what I can get from BMW. This was not even close! More
