This review has nothing to do with Dion he was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I am however disappointed with the recommendations the service crew suggested amazing, kind and helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I am however disappointed with the recommendations the service crew suggested when I came in for an oil change and then needed 3 critical other things done but when I took it to a friends shop they said it wasn’t critical and that my oil leak was barely there but I feel like every time I come in you guys try to make a buck off me. Again, Dion is so awesome and heard me and my concerns and was the absolute best service advisor I had worked with there. More

I gave an additional star because the service manager was exceptional. Everyone else - not so much. First the car is 2 months old and having electrical problems….the wait was about 3 hours to get a new batte exceptional. Everyone else - not so much. First the car is 2 months old and having electrical problems….the wait was about 3 hours to get a new battery. I had to keep checking back with them for an update and even when I saw my vehicle finally ready outside .I had to go find my service guy to check me out. My hood was ajar and not closed properly. When I bought the car, they told me they would pick the vehicle up for service but when I called they said b/c of the holiday they couldn’t. The waiting area needs a refresh big time. The Mercedes waiting room is impressive- this one not so much. Everything is worn out. In hind sight I should have given 2 stars. More

Entire experience was fair. No one was available to walk me through the bells and whistles of the car the day I purchased it and when I returned the guy that did assist me was No one was available to walk me through the bells and whistles of the car the day I purchased it and when I returned the guy that did assist me was new to the dealership and I didn’t think the meeting was very helpful.
