During my 5 hour service wait I would have appreciated free access to water and snacks. I expect this at a luxury car dealership. I understand you are under construction but the makeshift coffee area was free access to water and snacks. I expect this at a luxury car dealership. I understand you are under construction but the makeshift coffee area was a complete disaster. In addition, my oil change cost $50 more than the BMW dealership in which I purchased the vehicle. Once I got home I looked at my paperwork and the receipt stapled to it was not my credit card number nor correct service charge. I was given the wrong receipt likely in part due the young lady helping me arguing with a service tech that had not done data entry on another vehicle correctly. More

Jason was superb in identifying my maintenance needs & handling my car intake upon arrival. His demeanor was pleasant in answering my novice questions & gave accurate information about the time element i handling my car intake upon arrival. His demeanor was pleasant in answering my novice questions & gave accurate information about the time element involved. Jason brought the car to me in the waiting area & handled the payment with my credit card, returning card & receipt while I worked Matt, the information geek. All in all, everything went as expected & I was a “happy camper” leaving the dealership!!! Great service!! More

I brought my car in because the air wasn’t working. I brought my car in last year; and the same issue happened again. I called my previous advisor John, and he told me It wasn’t covered.
