Service worked out well, however started a bit rocky. We scheduled service for a specific day to ensure we'd have a loaner vehicle. Fortunately the transportation team was available to do a swap and bring my car to me directly once the work was completed and swapped out for the loaner vehicle. While the result was positive, getting to this point was not the most positive experience. More
