BMW of Orland Park - Service Center

I brought my car in because the manual trunk latch was intermittently working. The day before, iit didn't work at all. The day of service, it worked so nothing was done. The car is under warranty so I don't feel I was treated fairly. More

This review has nothing to do with Dion he was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I am however disappointed with the recommendations the service crew suggested when I came in for an oil change and then needed 3 critical other things done but when I took it to a friends shop they said it wasn’t critical and that my oil leak was barely there but I feel like every time I come in you guys try to make a buck off me. Again, Dion is so awesome and heard me and my concerns and was the absolute best service advisor I had worked with there. More

The service was so slow. I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change and the had to wait in this long line to pay because there was only one cashier everyone was complaining.
