During my 5 hour service wait I would have appreciated free access to water and snacks. I expect this at a luxury car dealership. I understand you are under construction but the makeshift coffee area was free access to water and snacks. I expect this at a luxury car dealership. I understand you are under construction but the makeshift coffee area was a complete disaster. In addition, my oil change cost $50 more than the BMW dealership in which I purchased the vehicle. Once I got home I looked at my paperwork and the receipt stapled to it was not my credit card number nor correct service charge. I was given the wrong receipt likely in part due the young lady helping me arguing with a service tech that had not done data entry on another vehicle correctly. More

Jason was superb in identifying my maintenance needs & handling my car intake upon arrival. His demeanor was pleasant in answering my novice questions & gave accurate information about the time element i handling my car intake upon arrival.
