The experience of taking the car in was done efficiently, even though there were a lot of customers in line to get serviced. I felt like I was a priority. Everyone was professional and courteous. I even got there a little late to pick up my vehicle and the person took the time out to help me and get me out the door. It was a great experience, even though no one wants to have to fix their car you guys made it easy And my repair rep was fantastic. I think his name is Richard. He was awesome. I will always come back to you guys for all of my car maintenance and upkeep and I will purchase my next BMW from you guys special thanks to Sid Armoush as well. He help me get Lined up for service as well. More

Service worked out well, however started a bit rocky. We scheduled service for a specific day to ensure we'd have a loaner vehicle. At first, the service team mentioned there was not a loaner available, We scheduled service for a specific day to ensure we'd have a loaner vehicle. At first, the service team mentioned there was not a loaner available, but after a bit of pushing, a loaner magically appeared. Fortunately the transportation team was available to do a swap and bring my car to me directly once the work was completed and swapped out for the loaner vehicle. While the result was positive, getting to this point was not the most positive experience. More
