I found that vehicle at BMW Palm Springs and had the pleasure of connecting with Mike P. Being that I live in Arizona and the car was in CA, you would think the process would be difficult, nope; Mike was beyond helpful! He was extremely accommodating and made the process easy and enjoyable! One day after contacting Mike, I was in CA test driving and drove the car back to AZ. In addition to the “normal” things, Mike went out of his way to ensure the vehicle was in prestige shape and even made a few repairs that were not expected. He is a man of character and his word and I now consider him a friend. The next time I am looking for a car, I will start in Palm Springs! I would reccomenend Palm Springs BMW to anyone, regardless of their home location, as Mike P is worth the extra distance!!! More
