Prompt, helpful, caring kind accommodating friendly knowledgeable etc etc.(especially compared to my WORST LEVEL EVER IN 25 yrs with BMW ESCONDIDO- horrendous lying uncooperative refusals of paperwork copies scratching my brand new front bumper taking no responsibility and offering me no help including manager who refused to give me contact info of dealer owner as well as threatening to call the police - all while I attempted a fair & reasonable discussion that manager rolled his eyes at me in which I stopped mid convo to call him out on not even paying attention or listening to a word I was saying - WORST BMW DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET).
