Customer first service that won me over I spend my time between Palm Springs and Los Angeles, so I spend a lot of time in and put a lot of miles on all my cars. I also have my choice of deal I spend my time between Palm Springs and Los Angeles, so I spend a lot of time in and put a lot of miles on all my cars. I also have my choice of dealerships between Santa Monica and the desert, so I usually go where the car I want is, if I can get the deal I want. I was not expecting the level of service I received from Phil Meyer in helping me find the car I really wanted. Phil’s level of BMW knowledge surprised even my husband and made the difference in me getting a new car I absolutely love, even though I originally contacted him about a different car. Phil worked with me to make sure I left satisfied with every aspect of my deal and I never once felt pressured. I felt like I was dealing with a professional colleague who was giving me valuable advice and that is priceless in a car buying experience. I will call Phil first the next time we need a new car instead of wasting my time with 5 other dealers. More
