Great customer service starting from the parts department with JoJo and Freddy. Vehicle repair and service was explained very well by Bryan. Theres a young lady in the glass office that was very nice, she walked by and noticed I was waiting and my vehicle was ready. Excellent customer service for her to recognize me and know that my vehicle was finished, and I forgot to ask for her name. Great experience that day and the nice people that work there. More

Attitude. Poor customer service. Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed Took my car in August for the end of warranty cycle and then with used to deal with it. Had to take it in September. Went in to have oil changed and they would not change it because there was not enough time between appointments rescheduled appointment then went in again and this time they wouldn't change the oil because there wasn't enough miles on the vehicle. Everything about the operation is extremely slow slow to check in and see an advisor slow to get a rental car slow to get your car washed it took 45 minutes to have the car washed this is just incredible More

Pretty impressive stuff! Plus Ken Miller In customer service is top of the line in customer satisfaction and he is fantastic and super friendly ...all these employees make Bmw look good!!! More
