Will never come back here. After being told they would only help me with my car if my father was not involved. Veneisha used to work with my dad in the past so maybe that’s why. Okay so I had my water pump replaced under warranty 3500 miles ago and came in for a coolant leak. They told me the water pump that was put In my car was bad and they would not replace this part until I had a leaking coolant hose fixed and they wanted 1600$ for a coolant hose because the tech wanted 3 times the book hours to replace it... So I took my car elsewhere and had the hose replaced (211$) then came back dropped off my car. Two days later my car was done with a new water pump installed and everything with my cooling system was fine according to them. I drive 3 miles off the service lot then come right back because coolant is leaking worse then before. They call me 2 days later to tell me it’s the same hose that it was before and they are not going to do anything else unless in want to pay 1600 for the hose that connects directly to the faulty water pump they just had on my car... the hose was fine they day before.. just really bad service not even offer a discount or even so much as a loaner car while my car was being repaired.. This is not the only time I’ve had a bad experience at this dealership. I was told they wanted more out of pocket for my original water pump to be replace under warranty and they tried to charge me 535$ to tell me I have a bad oil filter in the past... but nothing compared to what I’ve been through this time around. More

Phil made the process essentially pain free since purchasing a vehicle is not my favorite pastime! Chris has been my service advisor for the past several years always explaining what needs to be done and extremely helpful, I drive from SF Bay Area to PS since the level of service far exceeds what I have experienced locally. Kudos to all! More

Phil Meyer is the antithesis of “typical” when it comes to car salespeople. Not only is he a zero pressure guy, but Phil is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to everything BMW. I am a total car fanatic - and before I hit the showrooms I have done my research. I understand the overall differences from manufacturer to manufacturer. It’s then about comfort, seating, and the actual driving and experience. It can be a frustrating experience in some dealerships when I feel like I know more about the particular car than the salesman does. It’s bizarre. Not the case with Phil. This guy knows the product, and understands the nuances of the options and how they are packaged. We realized right away I was going to need to order a car because of a sort of weird set of options I really wanted. Phil helped me design the order, showed me where there was value. And, he didn’t exaggerate about timing to get my new car…. his prediction was right on the money. Phil knows his business and protectively takes care of his customers. Car buying a stellar experience? YUP! (I know … the weirdest thing ever) And yes, I LOVE my new X5!!! Phil WILL make you happy. More

Michael Pope contacted me within the ho This past Saturday, I submitted an email request to be contacted by BMW of Palm Springs to purchase a new X7. Michael Pope contacted me within the hour even before actual business hours. He was amazing to work with. He was diligent and efficient. He got me the best deal on the new car and I was able to complete all my paperwork with him over the phone. He responded to my texts and emails quickly and spent a lot of the day working with me. I was only able to get to the dealership at the end of the day and wanted to be in and out quickly. When I arrived to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car, he had the car waiting for me in the front and the team ready to close the deal quickly. When I finally met Michael, I felt like I knew him. He had gone through great efforts to get me a good price and work with me all day to get the deal done. I am so appreciate of all his help. The manager also came out to greet us and you can tell this was a dealership composed of a great team. Highly recommend BMW of Palm Springs. Will definitely go back there for our next car. More
