Purchase of a BMW While looking for the BMW we wanted, we noticed BMW of Palm Springs had it. They were going to be open on Sunday while we were passing through so we c While looking for the BMW we wanted, we noticed BMW of Palm Springs had it. They were going to be open on Sunday while we were passing through so we called to take a test drive. Upon arrival, the vehicle was already out front waiting for us! Micheal Pope did an amazing job of showing us the vehicle features prior to the test drive and during the test drive. He wasn’t pushy, let us take our time to discuss privately without rushing us or bugging us, and when we came back with questions he graciously showed us different options in other cars and what the cost would be. He let us decide what was best and never steered our way in any direction, he genuinely wanted us to feel good about the car we chose. The entire process was very easy, comfortable, and professional.
