Took car in to get 4 new tires at a cost of $1792. It had an error code relate to tire pressure monitor. After I picked up the car with the new tires, I was told one or more of the individual monitor It had an error code relate to tire pressure monitor. After I picked up the car with the new tires, I was told one or more of the individual monitors likely needed a battery replaced. To diagnose this it would be $225. To replace a battery requires the wheel take off, the tire removed or at least the bead broken. More labor cost.. I cant fathom why I wasnt told this while the wheels were off and before the new tires put on. I’m told a similar car needing two batteries replace was 750. I feel like I have lost the trust of BMW service dept that had been built over the past 9 years. Not good. and the new tires were not cleaned to remove the brown stuff. I’m sad. More

The service was good. I waited over 3hr yrs to have 2 tires replaced. Not ideal.
