I have been a customer of Ramsey BMW for many years, having purchased 3 cars from them. When it comes to servicing and maintaining my vehicles they are my go-to place. If you’ve worked hard to own a BMW having purchased 3 cars from them. When it comes to servicing and maintaining my vehicles they are my go-to place. If you’ve worked hard to own a BMW it’s not worth going to a regular mechanic that’s going to tinker with your prized baby and likely either take you for a ride or make problems worse using aftermarket parts. Anna Piserchia has been my service advisor for many years. She is a consummate professional that gives sound non pressured advice. She will go over things methodically and explains the pros and cons of performing the recommended service. The mechanic that worked on my car was wonderful. Within minutes of receiving my vehicle he inspected it and sent me a detailed video text to my cell showing the source of problems and a suggested plan of action. All in all this service trip was an excellent experience as usual. I wholeheartedly recommend Ramsey BMW for your service needs. ...No I wasn’t paid for this. I’m truly a happy customer having the peace of mind that my X6’s problems were fixed with no fuss. More
