I scheduled a test drive a week in advance and received a call from Veronica Chicas confirming the schedule. I live 20 miles away and on the day of the test drive (when i was already within 10 mins of the de call from Veronica Chicas confirming the schedule. I live 20 miles away and on the day of the test drive (when i was already within 10 mins of the dealership) she calls and tells me that they don't have the model I requested for in stock to test drive. I mean she had the entire week to find out and let me know in advance instead of making me waste my time. I ended up test driving lower end model anyway just to get the feel for the car and afterwards I wanted to discuss purchasing the model i initially inquired about but she was already talking with other customers (which i can understand because she needs to get her sales numbers up). I left the dealership and few days later thought about talking to another sales person but decided to give her one more chance and contacted her. She took down information regarding the car i wanted and said she would contact me back with updates. This was over a week ago and i have not heard anything from her. Needless to say I'm not wasting my time dealing with somebody who is unreliable and wastes my time. I already contacted another BMW dealership and they are in touch with me regularly updating me. I would give her less than 1 star if it was possible. Not satisfied with the interaction with her at all from the beginning to the end. More

I showed up on time for my appt with two vehicles, and they were ready. Very short wait time and got me into a loaner quickly and I was on my way.
